Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University combines having a long and illustrious heritage going back to the college founded by Robert de Sorbon in the 13^th century with an innovative multidisciplinary mission. As France's leading university in the humanities and social sciences (SHS), since 1971 it has cultivated a unique spirit that combines a demanding scientific approach with the ambition of developing new knowledge to support transforming the world.
