Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the IAE Paris-Sorbonne are launching an impact incubator at STATION F

This spring 2026, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the IAE Paris-Sorbonne launched an incubator dedicated to humanistic and sustainable entrepreneurship. Based at STATION F, this programme aims to support a new generation of entrepreneurs committed to economic and social transformation.

An Incubator for a new generation of engaged changemakers

The incubator is open to the entire university community: students, researchers, staff and alumni. Currently in its launch phase, it has already opened a first call for projects and is building up a network of mentors.

The aim is clear: to help entrepreneurial initiatives emerge that can reconcile innovation, responsibility and sustainability, at a time when societal expectations of businesses continue to grow. This approach is designed to develop transversal skills: autonomy, responsibility, innovation and initiative; while drawing on the values of public service and equal opportunity upheld by the institution.

A programme focused on impact and responsible innovation

The incubator targets projects that place people, the planet and social justice at the heart of their approach. Selected start-ups will benefit from six months of support, including mentoring, strategic guidance, and access to funding and technological tools.

Project leaders will, in particular, be expected to address major social and environmental challenges, while deploying technologies (such as artificial intelligence or data) in an ethical, frugal and accessible way. The ambition is also to encourage the emergence of hybrid, sustainable business models.

Start-ups selected for the programme will benefit from six months of support based at STATION F, including a dedicated workspace (36 desks), offices, meeting rooms and event spaces, as well as a full range of services (strategic guidance, mentoring, funding, and more).

A strategic implantation

By setting up at STATION F, Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne and the IAE Paris-Sorbonne are establishing a presence in one of the world’s largest innovation hubs, home to more than 1 000 start-ups as well as an extensive network of investors and partners.

This choice reflects a commitment to strengthening the synergies between higher education, research and entrepreneurship. The incubator aims to stand out through an academic and humanistic approach, while benefiting from a particularly dynamic environment in which to accelerate the development of high-impact projects.

Applying to join the new incubator

Eligibility criteria for the incubator will primarily be based on how well the project aligns with its core theme: humanistic, responsible and economically sustainable entrepreneurship.
